I wanted to let you know what a memorable trip my family and I had. I hope you are able to thank your staff and appreciate all that they do
around the casa to make your guests stay wonderful.

Nella is just amazing, I know we had some expectations from the beginning that I discussed with her the first day-I don't like expectations myself but more so from my family and I want you to know that Nella went above and beyond as I am sure you are used to hearing. She is just so personable; I hope to keep in touch with her as a friend. I have invited her to Colorado and maybe one day she will make the trip out. She is really a neat person and ideal for the position you have her in, you should feel very fortunate.

I know that you made some adjustments for our party and I greatly appreciate the special attention. I will highly recommend Casa de Golf to my friends and family in the future and have already put good word out there to the Fire Dept. It is great place to relax with family.

Our trip was just great. We actually caught 3 Marlin and lots of grouper. The grouper was taken to a local restaurant to prepare for us. The golf was splendid and the accommodations just perfect.

Nella and her staff were so pleasant; Nella is so knowledgeable about the area and assisted us with any questions we had.

Everything was perfecto!

December 2007 Reservation

We had a great time….What a great place! We’ll definitely have to head back with the whole family next time. The service was wonderful. Nella was helpful as were the folks at the Hotel. The ride from the airport was smooth. We rented a car, went to the beach and watched the sunset not long after arriving. Then, we drove into Tamarindo and had drinks followed by a late dinner at the hotel.

The next morning we did a canopy tour, FUN! We played 18 holes followed by surfing until sunset. A great dinner at the hotel again.

The next morning we surfed at sunrise and then had breakfast at Casa de Golf. From there we road tripped around the area for a few hours seeing some of the beach towns and shopping. We returned to the Hacienda Pinilla and played 27 holes of golf till dark. We ate dinner at the hotel again. Great menu. Tried it all!

With our final morning we played 18 holes of golf in 2:15 minutes and then left for the airport.

Short and sweet with lots to do. We really liked it.

“Breathtaking. If you could describe this experience in one word, that would be the one. We booked the entire villa for our wedding party in the beginning of May and used it for our base of operations for everything. Nella and the staff were superb and helped us book all of our activities and made the most amazing banana pancakes for breakfast.

The villa was perfect for us, the accommodations were wonderful with large suites and modern bathrooms. The villa itself is located on the 18th hole of one of the best golf courses I have ever had the privilege to play. The pool was great to relax in after a long day of being on the nearby Avellana’s beach – which the Hacienda Pinilla shuttle would take us too at no charge. There are two common areas for relaxing in during the hot part of the days or at night when you’re not poolside. We had rented two cars which were delivered to the villa for us to go to town in, or to the hotel on the property (Posada del Sol) which had a fabulous restaurant for lunch/dinner if we didn’t feel like eating at the club house which was only 400 yards away.

We had scheduled a daily activity for our guests, including a rodeo at the working ranch right on the property, a canopy tour, poolside welcome dinner, wedding ceremony at nearby Playa Bonita and horseback riding back at the ranch the day before our guests left. Everyone was beyond accommodating and helped make our wedding adventure perfecto!”

“What a beautiful hotel. Large, immaculate rooms! Meeting spaces and pool were perfect. Set on the golf course, the scenery is amazing. We took surfing lessons and walked on endless beaches. Went on a zip line adventure in the jungle and saw incredible wildlife. Dinner and nightlife was a ton of fun. Great place to take a group of people. Will definitely be back!”

“My annual golf trip with 7 high school buddies was the best we have experienced to date. The golf course was very challenging, great condition and spectacular views (#15 is in the top 10 of my all-time favorite holes). In addition to the golf, we had a blast surfing (a first for most of us), deep sea fishing, and swinging through the trees on the canopy tour.

Best of all was the wonderful facility. The suites are enormous and well appointed, and the service from the staff was first class. The other great thing was we had the whole Villa to ourselves. We had a great time in Tamarindo (dinner and nightlife) but we also enjoyed a barbecue on the patio next to the pool in the evening (especially enjoyed the tuna we caught fishing and cooked up by our chef). All in all, a fantastic trip!”
